For purple day on Wednesday we read the book Harold and the Purple Crayon by Crockett Johnson. Harold uses his purple crayon to draw his own adventures from his imagination. We used our purple crayons to create adventures of our own! The kids got into groups and they had to take turns one at a time to draw something on their big canvas. Together, they made some great pictures!
After the kids created their pictures, they got in front of the class and shared what they drew with the class. They did a great job!!!
